Extreme Heat Discussion
The Climate Resiliency Program will be hosting an Extreme Heat Discussion at the TPKKY Community Center in Big Cypress on July 6th at 1 pm. We will talk about what exactly “extreme heat” means, the effects heat exposure can have on your health, and how to stay safe while you play this summer. Learn what you can do to protect yourself, your community, and combat this climate change impact for future Seminole generations. Drinks and give-a-ways will be provided.
