USET’s Indigenous Farming Symposium

Please mark your calendars for March 1-3, 2022 for USET’s Indigenous Farming Symposium and REGISTER NOW! It’s free to register. We’ll meet from 10am-12pm ET on Zoom each day to focus on three Indigenous farming topics:

• Day One: Virtual Farm Tours. Take a virtual trip to Tribal Nation farms in the USET Region.
• Day Two: Restoring Indigenous Ecosystems. Learn how Tribal Nations are growing native plants for cultural and ecological regeneration.
• Day Three: Conservation in Practice. Explore examples of Tribal Nations utilizing USDA programs to advance conservation goals.

Participants who fill out one or more event evaluations at the end of each day will receive a gift box full of Native-made goods! There are still a few spots on the agenda if you have a story or information you’d like to share.
